At Somavelli Sterling Silver, we strive to ensure that every piece of jewellery reaches you safely, promptly, and in perfect condition.

Processing Time

• Orders are typically processed within 0–7 business days (Monday to Saturday).
• While we aim to deliver as quickly as possible, unforeseen circumstances such as high demand, holidays, or courier delays may extend delivery time. In such cases, we will promptly notify you.

Shipping Charges

• National Shipping price 150 and there will be no charge if customer shops product costing upto 3,000

Shipment Tracking

• Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor the delivery status in real-time.

Delivery Locations

• Orders can be delivered only to the recipient’s residential or workplace address.
• Deliveries cannot be made to public places, hotels, restaurants, hostels, or streets.
• If the recipient is unavailable, the courier company will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If unsuccessful, the order will be returned to our facility.

You can pay via all major VISA or MASTERCARD credit/debit cards using our payment gateway at the time of checkout. Payment is accepted in INR (Indian National Rupee) at the time of purchase. Duties and taxes are included in the price.
