Return Policy

At Somavelli Sterling Silver, we want you to shop with confidence. That’s why we offer a Hassle-Free Return Policy and a 7-Day Exchange Policy.

Damaged or Tampered Package

  • If you receive a package that is damaged, tampered with, or in poor condition, please refuse to accept it.
  • Record a video and take at least 2-4 clear photos of the package.
  • Email them to us at info@somavelli.com within 24 hours of delivery.
  • We will send you a replacement at no additional cost.
  • Product returned without prior communication and verifciation many not accepted.

Product Damage or Error

  • If the product itself is damaged or has any error, please record a clear unboxing video along with photos and email them to us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Once verified, we will:
    • Arrange a pickup of the defective item.
    • Provide a replacement or Refund, based on Stock Avaibility.

Wrong Product Delivered

  • If you receive a product different from what you ordered, please record an unboxing video and clear photos and send them to us at info@somavelli.com within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Once verified, we will:
    • Arrange a pickup of the wrong item.
    • Ship the correct product, subject to stock availability.
    • If the item is out of stock, we will issue a credit of equal value.

Quality Check & Lab Test

  • Returned products will go through a lab test to ensure they were not exposed to perfume, chemicals, or misuse.
  • If the product passes the test, we’ll process your exchange or Refund.
  • If care instructions (provided in your Jewellery Care Kit) were not followed, we will be unable to provide any refund or replacement.

Important Notes

  • Mandatory Unboxing Video & Photos : Returns/exchanges will be processed only if both video and photos are shared via email within 24–48 hours of delivery.
  • Stock Availability : Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is out of stock, we will issue a credit of the same value.
  • Shipping Charges : For valid returns/exchanges, customers must bear a ₹150 return shipping fee.
  • Discounts are not applicable on exchanged products.
  • Cancellations : Allowed only within 24 hours of order placement. After this, cancellations are not possible as production begins immediately.
  • Communication : All return/exchange requests must be made via email (info@somavelli.com, +91-9315984233). No other channels will be accepted.
  • Legal Notice : Any attempt to misuse the policy or defame the brand on social platforms without following terms may result in legal action.
  • Amount will be refund within 0-7 business days or based on customer banking mode.

Eligibility Checklist for Return/Exchange

  • Request made within 24 hours (return) or 7 days (exchange).
  • Item is unused and in original packaging with tags and invoice.
  • Valid unboxing video & photos provided.
  • Maximum of two returns/exchanges per jewellery item allowed.
  • Receipt (digital/physical) obtained when sending the product back.
