Return & Exchange Policy

• We offer a hassle-free 1 Day Return and 7 Days Exchange Policy.
• Only for damaged and wrong product

Damaged or Tampered Package

If the package appears tampered or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept it.
Capture a video and at least 2 photos and email us within 24 hours at
info@somavelli.com. We will send a replacement at no additional cost.

Defective or Damaged Product

Please record an unboxing video and send it along with images within 24 hours of delivery.
If the issue is clearly visible, we will arrange pickup and provide replacement or amount be will be deposit on same bank account with 7-14 business working days bases on Bank.

Quality Check

Returned items undergo inspection. If unused and in original condition, replacement or add amount will be refunded to Bank account will be issued.
Products exposed to restricted conditions (as per jewellery care guidelines) are not eligible.

Important Notes

• Requests must be made within 24–48 hours via email only
• Products must be unused with original packaging, tags, and invoice
• Return shipping charge: ₹250 (paid by customer)
• 5% deduction applicable on refunds (payment gateway charges)
• No discount applicable on exchanged items.

Exchange Policy

For higher-value exchanges, pay the difference. For lower-value items, balance will be issued as amount will be issue to the original payment method.
